These policies apply to purchases made through Kigus.us and directly accepted by KIGUS LLC. Product listings, written custom quotes and order confirmations may contain additional terms. Nothing below limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Order types. A 

“catalog item” is a standard product offered with existing options. A “custom item” is made to order, personalized, made to measurements, materially modified, or created from a customer’s references or instructions.

 

Cancellations.

Custom orders may be canceled by emailing KIGUS within 24 hours after purchase. After that period, design or production work may begin and the custom order is noncancelable. Requested changes after 24 hours may be refused or may require a revised price and timeline. Catalog orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins; if shipment cannot be stopped, the catalog return rules apply.

 

Catalog returns. 

Request authorization at kigusus.web@kigus.us 

within 14 calendar days after delivery and send the approved return within 7 calendar days after authorization. The item must be unused, unworn except for a brief fit check, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Items with stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, human hair, washing, wear, alteration, or missing parts are not eligible. Do not send an item without authorization.

 

Customer-choice exchanges.

For an approved catalog size exchange, availability is not guaranteed. The customer pays the return shipping and the shipping for the replacement. For a custom fit issue caused by measurements, height, size or specifications supplied or approved by the customer, returns and refunds are not available. KIGUS may offer an alteration at its discretion; the customer pays both shipping directions and any approved alteration charge.

 

Custom and final-sale items.

Custom items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable for preference, fit resulting from customer-provided information, or a change of mind. Discounted, promotional, clearance and other items identified as “Final Sale” are also nonreturnable, except for a confirmed defect, an incorrect item, or when applicable law requires otherwise.

 

Defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Contact KIGUS within 3 calendar days after delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the item, issue, packaging and shipping label. Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed. If KIGUS confirms a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, KIGUS will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and will pay the reasonable approved shipping costs. Handmade variations that do not materially depart from the approved specifications are not defects.

 

Refunds.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the credit. Original and return shipping are nonrefundable unless KIGUS made the error, confirmed a defect, or applicable law requires otherwise

 

 

2. Shipping & Delivery.

Processing and production.

The estimate displayed on the product page, custom quote or order confirmation at checkout controls. In-stock catalog orders are generally prepared for shipment within 5–8 business days unless stated otherwise. Custom orders typically require 6–12 weeks of production before shipment. Weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded. Delivery time begins after the carrier accepts the package.

 

Delays.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If KIGUS cannot ship within the promised period, KIGUS will send a delay notice and, where required, offer the customer a choice to accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Addresses, tracking and customs.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact KIGUS immediately if a correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Tracking is provided when available. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and customs requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs and carrier delays are outside KIGUS’s direct control.

 

Delivery problems.

Report a lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered package promptly. KIGUS will assist with available carrier claims and will honor remedies required by applicable law. A reshipment may require confirmation of the shipping address and completion of the carrier’s claim process.

3. Privacy Policy

Scope.

This Privacy Policy explains how KIGUS LLC collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit Kigus.us, request a quote, upload a reference, place an order, contact us, subscribe to marketing, or otherwise inter Information we collect. We may collect contact and identity details; shipping and billing details; order, transaction and customer service records; height, clothing size, measurements, design preferences, notes and uploaded reference files; communications, reviews and survey responses; and device, browser, IP address, cookie and site-usage data. Payment providers collect payment credentials and provide KIGUS with transaction status and limited payment details needed to manage the order.

Information we collect.

How we use information.

We use information to provide quotes; create, process, customize and deliver orders; communicate about an order; provide support; process payments and refunds; detect fraud and protect the site; maintain records; improve products and site performance; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; and send marketing where permitted. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; transactional messages may continue.

Legal bases where applicable.

Where a law requires a legal basis, KIGUS relies on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, and consent when required. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing.

 

How information is disclosed.

We may disclose information to website and ecommerce hosts, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, shipping carriers, cloud storage, customer support, email, analytics and advertising providers, and professional advisers, only as reasonably needed for their services or our lawful purposes. We may also disclose information to comply with legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, sale or transfer of all or part of the business.

Sale, advertising and cookies.

KIGUS does not sell personal information for money. Cookies and similar technologies may support checkout, remember preferences, measure traffic, prevent fraud and support advertising. Some laws may treat certain analytics or advertising disclosures as “sharing” or targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may request an opt-out by emailing kigusus.web@kigus.us. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but some site features may not function correctly. Non-essential cookies will be used with consent where required.

Retention.

KIGUS retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, customer support, tax and accounting records, warranties, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Retention depends on the type of record, the relationship and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security

KIGUS uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No online system or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and KIGUS does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.

International processing.

KIGUS is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, KIGUS will use appropriate lawful mechanisms.

Your choices and rights.

Depending on location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosures; to object to or opt out of certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. Email kigusus.web@kigus.us with “Privacy Request” and describe the request. KIGUS may verify identity and may retain information or deny a request where law permits.

Policy updates.

KIGUS may update this policy to reflect changes in practices or law. The updated version will show a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided when legally required.

Acceptance and eligibility.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

Orders.

An order is subject to KIGUS’s acceptance, product availability, payment authorization and fraud review. KIGUS may refuse or cancel an order for a pricing or listing error, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, unlawful or unsafe content, or inability to complete the requested design. Any captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded.

Products and handmade variation.

KIGUS seeks to describe products accurately, but screen colors and handmade construction can produce minor differences in color, placement, texture and dimensions. Images may show styling or accessories not included. The written product listing, custom quote and approved specifications determine what is included.

Custom approvals.

The customer must review names, measurements, colors, features, placement and other specifications before approval. Written approval authorizes production. KIGUS is not responsible for errors contained in information the customer supplied or approved, except to the extent required by law.

Customer-provided content.

You represent that you have the rights or permission needed to provide reference images, names, logos, artwork or other content and to authorize their use for your request. You grant KIGUS a limited, nonexclusive license to review, quote, communicate about and produce the order. KIGUS will not use customer-provided content in marketing without permission. KIGUS may decline any request. Third-party names, characters, logos and marks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Prices, taxes and payment.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping and import charges are shown or described before purchase when reasonably available. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total displayed and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Site and brand content. Except for customer content and identified third-party material, the site’s text, photographs, graphics, branding, layouts and original designs are owned by or licensed to KIGUS and may not be copied, sold, modified or used commercially without written permission.

Prohibited use.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data without authorization, impersonate another person, attempt fraud, infringe rights, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Third-party services.

Links and services provided by payment, shipping, social media or other third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. KIGUS is not responsible for a third party’s independent services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as available,” and KIGUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from site use or an order. KIGUS’s aggregate liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or non-waivable consumer rights.

Governing law and changes.

Florida law governs these Terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in or serving Osceola County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum. KIGUS may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new effective date.

Accepted methods.

KIGUS may accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to availability at checkout.

Safe payment practices.

Payments are handled through the checkout and the selected payment provider. Provider security and privacy terms also apply. KIGUS may request order verification or refuse a transaction that appears unauthorized. Never send a complete card number or security code by email, text message or social media. If you suspect an unauthorized charge, contact the payment provider and KIGUS promptly.
